Our Story

Born from frustration,
turned into a solution

Scoop Technology grew out of our founders' firsthand experience watching businesses struggle with unnecessary manual processes, decisions made without data, and untapped potential that never got realized.

We believe artificial intelligence isn't just for giant tech companies. Every business — in any industry, in any city — deserves access to its benefits.

Since 2018, we've worked with more than 120 companies. Every project has taught us one thing: technology only truly succeeds when it's built for people, not for technology itself.

2018
Scoop Technology founded
Three people with one conviction: AI should be accessible to every business. Our first office was a co-working space in South Jakarta.
2019
First project that transformed a client's business
Our first automation system cut processing time from 4 hours to 12 minutes per day. That moment confirmed we were on the right track.
2020
Team & service expansion
The team grew from 3 to 15 people. We began offering data analytics and computer vision for manufacturing clients.
2022
50 active clients milestone
We reached 50 active clients across multiple industries. Our Net Promoter Score hit 78, the highest in our category.
2023
LLM & Generative AI division
As LLM technology took off, we formed a dedicated division to help clients integrate large language models safely and at scale.
2025
